The Newest Technology of 2017 at Your Fingertips

The first Consumer Electronics Show (CES) opened its doors in the summer of 1967 in New York City, featuring 117 exhibitors showcasing the latest technology like transistor radios, stereos and black and white televisions. This year it will be celebrating it’s 50th year anniversary, showcasing more than 3,800 exhibiting companies and expecting more than 165K attendees from 150 countries.

Why should you pay attention? CES has been the launch pad for new innovation and technology that has changed the world. Held in Las Vegas every year, it is the world’s gathering place for all who thrive on consumer, business, and education technologies, where next-generation innovations are introduced to the marketplace.

Most, if not all, of the technology you use in your classroom was first show cased at CES. Headphones, white boards, projectors, computers, tablets, etc. all had their beginnings at CES. We know you can’t be there in person, but we don’t want you to miss out!
